NatWest - Family Business Accreditation

Family Business Accredited Learning The Family Business learning programme was produced and is delivered by NatWest group to support and upskill colleagues about the Family Business sector, which contributes 29.3% to UK GDP. This learning is an optional suite of accredited learning which includes case study videos, a company profile and a multiple choice exam which brings to life the different family scenarios. The programme has been reviewed and is accredited by the Chartered Banker Institute.. Learners explore the importance of these businesses to the economy and local communities, are able to identify their characteristics and explore models that help them understand more how family businesses can be sustainable and successful. This learning raises frontline awareness of Family Businesses and their importance; increases awareness to alter the narrative to include Family Business; increases brand association via key partnerships, and builds colleague capability and confidence to deepen relationships.
